Giselle Rivera's Elite Resumes is not a large company that is unable to take on the task of delivering excellent service due to the lack of time for a one-on-one with the client.  We work on the sheer method of "one-on-one," and we strive to have the time and dedication that is needed for every client.  In Fact, that is our main goal; to satisify your professional needs!

 

 
Our mission is to utilize the method of direct-client contact; to keep in contact with every client during the process of their requests, and after the completion of such requests, for feedback and knowledge of their current status.  We are here to customize every order to the specified needs of every customer with a written proposal that is signed by both the writer and the client; detailing the specifics of the clients requests, the turnaround time and the fees.
 
Our effective process is the key to successs. With every order that is submitted, there is an initial contact meet, whether it is via email or via phone, to discuss the direction and image that is seeked by the client in better details.  During this initial contact, the information will be processed onto the contract and sent via email to the client for an e-signature./initials.  As soon as the contract is recieved, we are hired and put to work.  The turnaround time can be anywhere from 48 hours to 72 hours, unless otherwise specified by the contract, depending on the service and its intensity.  Giselle Rivera's Elite Resumes is not limited to Resumes, we also offer Cover Letters, and Multi-media portfolios (CD-ROM or Print, for Fine Arts).

Our company is a small company with less then ten employees.  We are diversified and offer experience in resume writing not through courses, but instead through personal experience.  We know the "do's and "do not's" of the Resume business through our own trial and error, and our mission is to help those in need of achieving a better position or higher pay without feeling the sense of rejection as we once did. We want to share our techniques and methods with every applicant.
